I was searching for a "parasol" for her when I came upon the UV-Blocker site. This golf umbrella looked like it might have potential. Well, potential doesn't come anywhere close to how useful and amazing this UV-Blocker really is! We can clamp this umbrella on to her wheelchair and it offers cooling shade, not only to her, but to me pushing. This umbrella is awesome. It truly is a God send. When under the umbrella, you are so much cooler. It really does block the UV rays, unlike any other umbrella. There is a huge difference between this and other "supposed" sun umbrellas. It also does great in high winds. The construction is such that it wont flip inside out easily. I love it!!

I walk our 6 mile, 18 hole course several times a week and it's usually during the warmest, sunniest time of the day. A female golfer friend ordered this golf umbrella and started using it and the idea caught on that we should protect ourselves from the sun and heat. Well, I just received my golf umbrella and have used it several times. What a difference it makes. You're protected from the sun under the umbrella and it is definitely cooler even when there is no breeze. I have a clic gear golf cart that has a clic gear umbrella angle adjuster (can also be used on sun mountain carts) that allows you to tilt the umbrella to keep you totally out of the sun. The adjustment on it helps as it raises the umbrella 3 inches which gives you more headroom and works perfectly with my new umbrella. I'm very pleased with my new purchase, knowing I'm protected against excessive sun exposure.
